Gerber Grow-Up Plan - Is it legit?

Does anyone have experience with this? Have you used the life insurance plan?

My son is nearly 17 months old - and having a plan would be a good idea.

Funerals are insanely expensive. And this life insurance plan is pretty cheap.

Yes, gerber grow up plan is legit. When your child old enough he will be able to borrow against it for college loans and when he has a family of his own it will be for them and he will be able to add more life insurance coverage to his plan in the future when he becomes an adult, if he wishes to.

However, in a way it is no different than putting the money into a savings account, but with the added life insurance death benefit feature. There is no guarantee the money will grow, but over time it may.

Yu may want to compare Globe Life vs Gerber Life as far as seeing which of the better known child life insurance plans may offer the best value and benefits for your child now, and in the future.

I do know that Globe Childrens Life Insurance starts at just $1 for the first 3 months of coverage I believe, and then the monthly rate is based on your child's age and amount of life insurance. And, rates may be as low as $2.10 per month.
